Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process.Â
Order Tracking
Once we ship your package, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you do not receive it or it does not work, please contact our customer service.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once a product is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a change is required, please contact us promptly after placing your order.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Posture Place bears no responsibility for parcels or packages damaged during transit. In the event of receiving a damaged parcel in person, reject it from the courier and promptly contact our customer service. If rejection is not feasible, contact our customer service at the earliest opportunity for assistance.
LOST IN TRANSIT
We will aim to replace any lost orders, please let our customer support know via our contact@postureplace.com.au email and we’ll organise this.
