What shipping methods do you offer?

All of our orders are delivered with Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Australia.

Updating Your Order

Can I cancel or edit my order?

As we offer same day shipping, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel or edit your order before it has been shipped. However if there is a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order as it is unlikely we can edit your shipping address before you orders has been fulfilled.

Sizing & Fit

My slides don't fit. What size should I try next?

f theyโ€™re too big, you can leave them in the sun briefly โ€” the EVA material may shrink slightly. If theyโ€™re too tight or still not quite right, we recommend exchanging them for a different size.

Order Issues

My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

Occasionally Australia post can make a mistake. If your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact our team immediately for assitance.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package was lost in transit, please get in touch and weโ€™ll happily arrange a replacement.

Once your order has been marked as delivered, weโ€™re no longer responsible for any theft, damage or loss. Please ensure thereโ€™s a safe place for delivery or that someone is available to receive it.

Return Policy & FAQs

What is your return & exchange policy?

We have aย 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer change of mind exchanges.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
